Making jokes can get you out of a job. No, I’m not joking. Rev. Michael Pfleger recently found out exactly that when he made a joke about Senator Clinton at Sen. Barack Obama’s former church. The joke, a dig about how Sen. Clinton does want Sen. Barack Obama to become president because he is black did not go well with Cardinal Francis George. He quickly suggested to Rev. Michael Pfleger to quietly step down.

This probably is taking the joke to the extreme but when you are in the middle of an election year you should expect some of this irrational behavior. That said, now with Hilary Clinton making way finally to Barack Obama, the election fever and the respective candidates campaigns are all set to roll out.
